Our UBAlerts mobile app allows you to be alerted in close to real time wherever you are so you can confirm whether a transaction on your account was legitimate or not. All you have to do “Accept” or “Reject” the legitimacy of the transaction.
Turn your Card on and off:
You can temporarily suspend activity on your United Bank debit card if you lose it or believe your account has been compromised, suspect fraudulent activity or if you simply misplace your card.
Its a smart tool to combat fraud, and its free.
Don’t cancel it...just suspend it. When you are ready, you can simply activate it the same way and continue using your card.
